Sarah was born and raised in Pittsford, NY and graduated from Pittsford-Mendon High School. She went to Duquesne University and earned her BS in Athletic Training and continued her education at Gannon University, where she earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2014. While earning her Doctorate, she was also working as one of the Athletic Trainers for the Men’s water polo, and the Women’s Acrobat and Tumbling teams. She spent her first year as a PT traveling across the country while working in a variety of settings including: sub-acute rehabilitation, inpatient rehab, home health care, long term care/maintenance therapy, and outpatient orthopedics. Over the past 9 years, she has been the director of 2 successful outpatient clinics, one of which was a brand new clinic that she opened.
In 2019, Sarah became Certified in Vestibular Rehabilitation (Vertigo) and Concussion Management (VR/CON), through the American Institute of Balance and in 2024 she earned her Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT) certification. Sarah believes manual therapy to be very beneficial in recovery. Outside of the clinic, Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband and her son.
